This house has lots of potential, even though it hasn't been updated. Fortunately, after a year on the market, the homeowners decided to take advantage of my Inventory Reduction Sale (2 months for the price of of 1!) and stage the house. We have already received positive comments from Realtors who had shown the house beore the staging, so let's hope it moves quickly!
For less than one month's mortgage payment (not to mention all the carrying costs), we got this house staged to sell!
